Current Vacancies
1. Claims Officer-UAE:
Provides quality service to clients and effectively assess and
process claims and approval according to NEXtCARE operational set
standards. Qualification: Bachelor's degree
in medicine is preferred (MBBS/GP).
Requirements: Arabic Speaking is a plus, with at
least Medical Practical Experience (reputable insurance provider,
broker or a TPA experience a plus).
2. Assistant Claims Manager - UAE:
Assist the Claims Manager with monitoring performance, and
working with other members of the management team to achieve stated
goals and overseeing operational aspects of the claims unit.
Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Medicine.
Requirements: Minimum 2-5 years management
experience within the Healthcare industry (TPAs, Insurance
companies, Hospital, medical Centre)
3. Network Officer- UAE:
Responsible for Networking of Health Care
Providers including identification, assessment and
empanelment of providers. Should maintain close, professional and
efficient relations with existing provider networks.
Qualification: Bachelor degree in any discipline
(medical back ground would be a plus) and Bachelors degree in
Medicine would be an advantage. Requirements: 2+
years experience in a network administration and in managing a
network of Health Care Providers for a reputable
Insurance provider, broker of a TPA. The position may require
extensive travel within the UAE or visit providers in the
network. A valid UAE driving licence would be desirable.
4.Call Centre Agent:
Respond to telephone inquiries about the company products
and services following the standard scripts and procedures. To
ensure calls are answered within predetermined time scales and are
dealt with properly. The agent will also be responsible to document
details of telephone conversation and action taken.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with medical
background(Nurse, Pharmacist, etc.). Requirements:
1-2years experience in a call centre or customer service
environment, TPAs, Hospitals, or Medical Centres, excellent
communication skills, bilingual ability and fluency in Urdu/Arabic
is preferred and knowledge of MS Office Application.
5.Assistant Network Manager( New):
Assist the Network Manager to manage the large network of
Healthcare providers, locally and overseas, by supervising and
evaluating the processes of the department closely. The
incumbent will provide expert opinion to the team to evaluate the
market for empanelment of hospitals. The position will
closely function with the Network Manager in creating proposals,
cost-estimates, conducting technical evaluations and
recommendation. Qualifications: Bachelors
Degree in Medicine (preferred) / Bachelors in Hospital
Management Requirements: TPA / Healthcare work
experience of at least 5 years; strong experience in establishing
Insurance Providers Network; strong negotiation, attention to
detail, and communication skills; Excellent verbal and written
communication skills - Arabic would be an added advantage.
6.Sales and Marketing Manager (New):
Plan and implement sales and marketing activities in order
to meet company targets for retention, growth, and profitability,
and to contribute to business development initiatives of the
company. The incumbent will accomplish business development
activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities
and plans and implementing sales improvement strategies.
Qualifications: Bachelors of any discipline (with
sales and marketing subjects as electives)/ post-graduate in Sales
and Marketing preferred.Requirements: At
least 4-5 years of experience in Medical Insurance/ TPA in the
sales/marketing/business development environment; sound knowledge
of marketing concepts; sales planning; budgeting and forecasting
skills; strong client relation skills; strong communication and
presentation skills - Arabic would be an added advantage.
