Current Vacancies

 

1. Claims Officer-Dubai:
Provide quality service to clients and effectively assess and process claims and approval according to NEXtCARE operational set standards.  Bachelor's degree in medicine is preferred(MBBS/GP).  Arabic Speaking is a plus, with at least Medical Practical Experience(reputable insurance provider, broker or a TPA experience a plus).

 

2. Branch Operations Manager-Oman:
Plans, directs and manages the operations in Oman. Establishes excellent relationships with Insurance Companies and Health Care Providers to ensure the business objectives are clearly met.  Identifies future business opportunities in the region. With at least 3+ years experience in a leading network administration team and in managing a network of providers for a reputable insurance company, broker or a TPA.  Master/Bachelor's degree of medicine and Arabic Speaking is a plus and advanced knowledge of statistical software's and health standards would be an added advantage.

3. Claims Secretary-Dubai:
Perform secreterial duties utilizing specific medical knowledge. Duties include scheduling appointments, billing patients, and compiling and recording medical charts, reports, and correspondence according to an established system. Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred with at least 1-2 years filing/documentation experience.  Experience within the Health Care Industry, TPA's, Insurance Companies, Hospitals/Medical Centers is a plus.

4. Administration Assistant-Oman:
Performing a variety of administrative support duties, ensure work quality is of the highest standard where adherence to established policies and procedures prevails and perform the more technical and complex tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility. 2+ years in a similar role. Relevant University Degree, Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft packages(Word, Powerpoint, Excel), email, electronic calendar and Internet.

 

5. Assistant Claims Manager - Dubai

Assist the Claims Manager with monitoring performance, and working with other members of the management team to achieve stated goals and overseeing operational aspects of the claims unit.

 

 6. Claims Supervisor - Dubai

Supervise the Claims Department handling a team of claims officers and junior staff to maintain TAT, minimize errors and ensure team adhere to NEXtCARE operations standard procedure.The role has the over all responsibility to handle loads and changes in the department. Build employees to be a client oriented focus to deliver quality actions, promote productivity and efficiency.
